Every time I?ve gone here, it?s been perfect. Service is usually fast and the food is good. The iced coffee is the best than any other Dunkin around here. It?s always stirred and you don?t get gulps of sugar every swig View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I was excited to drive by a Dunkin on my travels. I was hungry and needing a caffeine pick me up. I went through the drive thru made my order quick of a grilled cheese, hash browns and a small black coffee. I didn't even have a chance to review the screen when it was cleared. I drove up and watched a girl at the drive thru standing there drawing circles with a pen while another girl ran around getting orders together... View all feedback.
We ordered a dozen donuts and a Box of Joe, to go. It took about 30 minutes. It was busy, but there were plenty of employees on. The donuts we received almost immediately, but apparently they just forgot we were waiting for the coffee. In general, Dunkin has really dropped in quality over the years. The donuts aren't creative, and if you get a dozen you're likely to get the dregs nobody else wants.
Left parchment paper in my sandwich. forgot half our stuff and made the other half incorrectly lol
Doesn?t offer flavored coffee samples. Messed up just about every order ahead of me. Long line. Long wait. Out of many items including bacon. Staff is not very attentive.
Couldn't put the lid on the cup all the way and spilled all over my brand new truck. Would put 0 stars if possible went back in and got offered a new lid what a
It's a weirdly planned location. to use the drive-thru you kind of have to do laps around the building. other than that, it wasn't too busy, and the service was quick and friendly. the coffee was good.
