Dave Buster's Auburn (king)

The food and service were fantastic, and the magician performing at the tables was incredible! However, the management and staff responsible for reservations really need to improve their interpersonal skills and better manage the seating process.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food came out quickly. Despite being crowded, the restaurant maintained its cleanliness.

We waited at our table for 30 minutes before asking if anyone could take our order. We were then informed that our table was in a section without a server, even though the host had seated us there. After being moved, we waited at least another ten minutes before someone finally took our order. When our food arrived, it was incorrect. I recommend Dave and Buster's for the games, but not for dining.

Experience was great and very satisfied with the service

We were told we had to order and eat fast because of a party. But even when the party was coming they did NOT have somewhere else for us to go. They kept saying they were over booked. The manager didn’t have the audacity to come talk to us so sent a helpless hostess to tell us they had nowhere for us to go. For a place that facilitates parties and stuff the organization was absolutely terrible, we brought a basketball team that brought hundreds in revenue and were treated as an inconvenience but didn’t have a problem taking our $500 for just our family. However our Server was AMAZING and equally as frustrated. He deserves a raise.
