Cook Out - Auburn

As for the food, it was quite disappointing. The fries tasted burnt, almost like rubber tires, and the burger was soggy. I almost didn’t finish it, but managed to choke it down despite being overwhelmed by an overly sweet relish that dripped down the sides. My Diet Coke had an unpleasant chemical aftertaste, and while the corn puffs were acceptable, they didn’t redeem the meal. Regrettably, I ended up with a stomach ache just ten minutes after eating. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

The man at the drive-thru window around 11:05 PM tonight was extremely rude. I've honestly never experienced such awful service anywhere. It wasn't even a matter of miscommunication; he was just plain mean.

I wouldn’t recommend using the drive-thru at night. The first lane only accepts cash, but I didn’t find this out until I had already waited in a long line to reach the menu. The employee spoke too quickly for me to understand, and all I caught was "cash or card." After sitting there for a moment, I decided to pull up to the window, where they told me my total was $8.16—I could have very easily taken someone else's order. Then, two staff members informed me that I needed to go back and get in the long line to place my order again. This was extremely frustrating. If the first lane doesn’t accept card payments, there should be a clear way to inform customers of this before they waste their time in the drive-thru.

Great value and good food. Very simple menu that works. Lunch for two people under $12.00. Hamburger is just like a cook out taste. People taking the order were very polite

Burgers are amazing. Sides are just ok, but we'll worth it considering you can get a Big Double Burger with bacon, cheese, and all the fixin's, plus fries AND onion rings with a drink for under $7. Unheard of! Especially in this town. Cheap, fast, and good. ???
