Burger King - Auburn

We eat there every Saturday night. Normally very good. Tonight, I dropped my wife off and I went to another place to get food for my grandson.When I returned, my wife was still standing there, waiting to order. Another lady was standing there, upset waiting for ketchup.The lady working the grill like she did not want to be there and the gentleman at the drive-through, pay no attention to the counter, and there were no cars in the drive-through at this time so we walked out

Ordered the candied bacon whopper yesterday, I got food poisoning and became very ill, contacted burger King around 8pm and told one of the workers what happened, he then said so what and hung up on me and ignored calls rest of the night.

Most of my experiences have been ok, but I once had a really bad experience with them not honoring coupons.Vegetarian options: I like the impossible Whopper, but some vegetarians will balk because it is cooked on the same grill as meat.

Always serves cold fries, cold food. Always thought that food was supposed to be at a certain temperature before it was served to you according to the health inspector but I guess they just pay that guy off to stay in business around

Stopped by on Saturday October 14 evening after a gig at a winery. Have been to many BK's and other hamburger joints and always get the quickly assembled messy wrapped burgers with cheese halfway on and off the burger, sauce lettuce onions on the wrapper and just messy, usually accompanied by so so fries. I ordered two Texas Whopper meals to go and didn't expect anything special. Let me tell you I was shocked when I got the order! The burgers were wrapped so neatly like a Xmas present that I was excited to unwrap! I should have taken a picture ? but not the social media type! The Whoppers were put together beautifully just like the pictures for once, no sauce dripping, no onions, tomatoes or lettuce out of place. Crispy bacon and just the right amount of jalapenos! Tasted even better than it looked with hot Crispy fries. I'm near Elk Grove but any time I need to be in Auburn area I will definitely be back. Shout out to the BK staff that were on duty that night!
