ABSOLUTELY love the fudge brownie sundae from this place! The brownie melted in my mouth and it was the perfect warm to cool ratio with the vanilla ice cream! Plus to top it off the whipped cream and cherry made it all the much enjoyable! View all feedback.
What Earl Von doesn't like about Bruster's Real Ice Cream:
I really want to give 5 stars because some of the flavors like graham central station and white chocolate oreo are really good and taste like a 5 star rating, but I have a quality issue everytime I visit that makes me feel like I just need to stop coming here. The first incidence was the red velvet ice cream tasting funny like it wasn't churned right or quality was lacking in some way. It was just straight nasty and... View all feedback.
I've never seen so many roaches in one place before, employees are swatting them with fly swatter... How do you let this get that out of control, just discussing will never go back.
We live right next to the breast. it's wild or bad. I love that they experiment with new aromes and combinations, but some simply don't work, or don't freeze well. if a taste is suppe, do not serve. more times than the cone I receive is absolutely drop faster than I can control it before I even get my card back from the payment. there are aromen with marshmallow or soft caramel that 't freeze right and simply do not work. some flavors had so much sweet and thick texture that they want to finish to throw it out. eis should be a sweet tasty, that is almost a refreshing occasional treatment this ice makes me like I to be an immediate diabetic. their takeover of the mcflurry, in the round a milkshake with sweetness, is a flop. it does not work. simply not mixed properly. I tried a few times. bruster 's is definitiw a lively place and has certainly 't have a problem to keep customers back, but they should definitely work on aromen before they simply send out. you could stand there all day like an unconsidered hole trying all aromen, but at the end they realize that the 50 new aromen, just like 6 work. when they are in the mood to try something new and unique, and are in order with strange combinations that have to come with a large glass water, they go for it. i highly recommend getting it in a bowl, not a cone. the sundaes, if they are done properly function super. comes to his work. I had a few in a little cup, and others in a cup I could hardly finish. I assume who works. was not in a because, but I think the sun and the banan gap are both good options.

The first incidence was the red velvet ice cream tasting funny like it wasn't churned right or quality was lacking in some way. It was just straight nasty and did not taste like nor have the texture of ice cream. I stopped going for a while thinking it was maybe just a bad day or batch. But, the other visits were problematic in another way-one included a worm in my ice cream and the other hair.
I love going here with my wife and kids. The only reason it's not five star is because of the pricing. It is a little high, other than that the staff and ice cream are amazing.
