Bri and Kenzie did an outstanding job and were incredibly cheerful. When I arrived, the place was a bit busy, but they managed it flawlessly. This place is incredibly slow! Honestly, how long does it take to make a cup of coffee? I find Starbucks to be much better since they prioritize getting you in and out quickly. Next time, I’ll just go to Starbucks to save time. View all feedback.

I don’t know why I ever wasted my hard earned money on Starbucks nasty coffee for years because it was so easily accessible. BigFoot is the FAR BETTER CHOICE! Better selections, better flavors. More seasonal specials. Excellent promotion. Great customer service. I’ll never go back to that other place. BFJ is the natural choice for the PNW.
Really great place for coffee, the main complaint I have with the place is that it is a bit annoying to get to due to the parking lot design.
We were getting the redbull specials, and we ended up receiving Italian sodas. So we returned and asked if they could fix our drinks and add the redbulls. They apologized it was made wrong the first time, we appreciated that they remade them, and didn’t make a fuss about it. Thank you again, the drinks were great. For sure my go to place for coffee and redbull mixers
My daughter goes to BFJ on a daily basis to get a flavored Red Bull. It's expensive and sometimes they don't mix the drinks but I really like the whipped cream LoL
Bigfoot is great because it's always open. Early morning gal/manager makes superb coffee. She remembers your drink, name, and number, and will have your order ready before you even get to the window if you're a daily regular. Not all of their baristas are up to this level and lines can get long later in the day. My only complaint would be the choices available on the Door dash app. I have a pretty simple order, but can't get the size or milk option I always get in person via the app. If this was fixed, they could make a lot more money from me when I'm feeling lazy on the weekends...
