I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. There was only one car ahead of me, but I still had to wait several minutes before someone took my order. They charged me more than what was advertised on the menu. There were no straws provided for the drinks, and the lid on my drink wasn't secure, causing it to spill all over my car. When I asked the staff member at the drive-thru if he could throw away the cup for me, he said he couldn't handle anything messy. Overall, it was a disappointing visit.

This place competes for the title of the worst food I've ever had. The teenagers working here clearly don’t care about their jobs. They don’t even pay attention to the orders and just hand out random food, hoping you’ll leave without a fuss. The service is excruciatingly slow, with a few kids simply standing around, acting like they’re above the work they’re doing.

My family loves Wendy's; we visit it one to three times a week and have had no issues so far. If we continue to have good weeks, we'll add another star! I truly hope for the best for this location, as my other Wendy's experiences have been great and rarely receive any negative reviews.

If you like cold chili, this is your place. If you eat cold children burger, that is their place. If they are soda machines with only 20% of the available choice and none are sugar-free, this is their place. if they like slippery floors, this is their place. If they like to wait 20 minutes for a cup warm chili, this is their place otherwise.

They’re out of Diet Dr. Pepper which is not a big deal but that’s only the beginning.She says, “the credit card machine isn’t working so the choices are pay in cash or order on the app.” I didn’t have enough cash on hand (short 10 cents) so I say I’ll order on the app.She advises me that I’ll need to pull past the window, park and come in because there’s a new rule about no app picks up at the window. You must come inside. Ugh! Fine!After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I park and go inside to pickup the order which is not ready. Seriously? Yep! Apparently there’s a new rule about starting the order once the guest arrives. Great, at least the fries will be fresh, right? Nope!I ordered a double stack and fries. That’s really not an over complicated order, right? I should have checked right at the counter but I did not.At home, I unwrapped a chicken sandwich and the always hot and fresh fries are cold and limp!!!What they ought to do is fire the whole crew and start over. Yes, it’s that bad!
