Despite the malfunction, the app... read more I attempted to rent a movie from this Redbox for the second time in two weeks, only to find that the machine was broken again. Despite the malfunction, the app still allowed me to reserve a movie, which is frustrating given that the machine has been out of order for two weeks. I had to call customer service and wait on hold for 25 minutes just to cancel my reservation. To make matters worse, they didn't offer any sort of coupon or compensation for my inconvenience, which is usually a standard practice. Overall, the quality and service of Redbox seem to be declining.
