Mono Wind Casino - Auberry

They served on Thursday Friday evening for dinner with the main nativity, but they changed it in only Wednesday evenings. But about a month ago they stopped to serve the main nativity together. they also fell fish chips and suppen from their menu. Moreover, they stopped hard liquor and now serve only beer and wine in restaurant and/or bar. in the course of the years they had good food and bad service or great service and bad food. at the moment they have a good and friendly service, but only good food. they seem to do everything, but they are not yet there.

My ride got gas and I got cigarettes. Both are super cheap. The employees are so nice, very polite and helpful, and always smiling, and it wasn't busy at all so no lines, to pay or pump, works for me.

The only reason for 3 stars is my wife and I have not hit big yet. Food is great and we always have a great time.

Its location is tucked away, pretty drive on a nice day. For first timers I wouldn't suggest making the trip after dark as the ambience is very similar to the movie Deliverance. I thought I might have heard the dueling banjos of in a distance. Lol I was a little impressed with the variety of slots they had and they made good use of the space they are in. F.Y.I. fir those who enjoy a cocktail while gambling Monowind has a full bar and is in operation during the pandemic. No smoking while inside though you may enjoy a smoke outside in the designation smoking area. I was informed by the friendly staff that they are serving breakfast on Saturday mornings and also have brought the Prime rib special back. As for myself if I lived in the foothills I would frequent more often but living in Fresno it's just a bit to far to travel. I would make another visit unless friends were planning to go.

Excellent service and great tasting food full of flavor. I had the Mono Bacon Cheeseburger with the garden salad and bleucheese dressing. They make their own dressing and it was great. The burger had thick cuts of bacon and full of flavor. Staff is practicing good hygiene and abiding by the COVID guidelines to minimize the spread. Nice job everyone!
