Despite having brought the tray back to show the manager the green as well as having sent photos and videos of the green moving around in the tray, the manager said in his own words "It 's normal that there are greens in the salad, they can “fall” in” yes the greens fall in the salad it’s normal and it’s not at all a sign of poor hygiene and protocols in this restaurant. Would a health inspection find this normal? Avoid like the plague, we will obviously not come back.
