I dined there a second time last night (a week later), and we had the same impression. The chef even served us two surprise additions to the menu (a very nice touch)! We went back because we had met the new owner, Mr. Tarun, during our last visit and shared our previous experience with him. He was very attentive, and we felt he heard our comments. We recently returned and immediately noticed a significant improvement. The service is excellent, thanks to Stéphane and Miriam (sorry if I misspelled the name). They were very attentive. We truly appreciated their exceptional service. We had a good laugh and, above all, a delicious meal. The food is exceptional. A fantastic chef! We will definitely be back very soon.
