Disappointed with the redesigned croque-monsieur... On paper it was dreaming. Croque-monsieur with chicken, onions, raclette cheese. I expect something really revisited with maybe country bread or something. In the end, it is two slices of basic half bread cut into a triangle, a fine slice of chicken white (not chicken pieces) and a lot of pepper that hides the taste of everything else. We regularly use the services of Clémentine as part of the concert evenings organized by our artisanal brewery LES DEUX FONT LA BIERE in Aubagne (bière Craint Dégun) and we have never been disappointed: professionalism, punctuality, guest reception, quality of the kitchen, everything is at the top.... You can go the eyes closed! The hamburgers are especially excellent!!!
