I find this quite unreasonable. The young woman at the window informed me that this is their routine every evening, as they have minors who need to get home by a certain time. This strikes me as poor management! There should be an adult on duty to ensure that ice cream is available until closing time. Sonic, you really need to improve your operations—I'll be heading to Baskin Robbins around the corner instead.

Thi... read more I decided to share my thoughts here because I'm frustrated with being turned away just 15 minutes before closing, only to be offered slushies or milkshakes. This has occurred several times, and the customer service I've experienced during these moments has been lackluster and unprofessional. It would be great to see dedicated staff who are willing to go the extra mile for customers. After all, we will soon be contributing extra tax dollars to help raise their wages, right?

Just an fyi the cups are probably falling apart? The girls were very nice no issue there just people can get sick drinking Styrofoam.
