We felt quite rushed during our visit. Additionally, our food order was incorrect, and when I tried to speak to someone about it, I got disconnected. The burgers were dry and not prepared as we had requested, and the chili cheese tots were cold with barely any cheese on them.
Absolutely delicious when it's fresh! Just remember to read your Bible and say your prayers!
This is truly the perfect Sonic. Every time I've visited, the food looks just like it does on the menu, and the staff is always fantastic. The wait is never long, either. I'm more than willing to drive a half hour out of my way to come here.
Literally was 10 o clock and they don’t close till 11 and wouldn’t take our order and was really rude. Pressed the button and immediately and very rudely “we’re closed” literally was just gonna get a drink lol
These guys are always on top of their food and are always fast to get it out! This is also the only sonic we've been to where the preo cheesecake shake actually tastes like it's suppose to instead of it just tasting like cookies and cream. My son was over the hills over it lol. Thanks for always having great service!

They had forgotten 3 items in my order. So I went back. Had to wait ten minutes, while other people had gotten their order around me. I tell them what was missing, and they still got it wrong. I just dealt with it and left
I like the food, but there seems to be an issue with the audio receiver when placing orders, because I almost always have to repeat my order to ensure it's correct. Other than that everything is okay.
The food and service was good I have no complaints. It's usually pretty quick when you get your food and the girls are really nice that work there. Maybe the three star because it's fast food not really healthy and there's always room to grow. Even for a corporation.
I stopped by to get some shakes around 8:10 PM, and it was quite busy. After pressing the red button, we waited for over 15 minutes without anyone taking our order. The waiter approached us three times asking what we wanted. Each time, we had to remind her that we hadn’t been served yet. The staff seemed very disorganized that night, and overall it was quite chaotic. After waiting for a while longer, we decided to leave and went next door to Jack's for our shakes. It only took about 5 minutes from leaving one place to placing our order at the other. It’s tough to find good help these days.
My shake was really delicious! I wish Sonic would use the larger straws like those at Jack's and Steak and Shake for their milkshakes. It would make drinking them so much easier.

The staff at this restaurant is quite friendly. However, I'm disappointed by the frequent issue of car hops keeping our change or not offering to return it. They tend to say they need to get it, but it often doesn't come back to us. We've noticed this happening regularly. We decided to put it to the test, and only one car hop actually returned our change. We appreciated her honesty and tipped her with a $100 bill.
The food at Sonic is consistently top-notch. Every dish was served hot and fresh, and the staff was very professional.
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and each experience has been consistently impressive. The professional service has always stood out. Thank you, Sonic team!
I visited Sonic Drive-In around 8:10 pm to get a couple of shakes, and the restaurant was quite busy. Even after pressing the order button, we waited over 15 minutes without anyone taking our order. The server checked with us three times about the items she was carrying, and each time we said we hadn’t ordered them. The staff appeared very disorganized and confused that evening. After waiting a little longer, we decided to leave and went next door to Jack’s, where we got our shakes in about five minutes from ordering. It seems finding good staff is challenging right now.
