I was in there today getting pizza and they had gotten some really huge orders of pizza and a lot of people were really kind of you know not happy but two people were working and I'm going to tell you I think that was a really awesome thing they did theyworked really hard and kept going we're able to get everybody's Pizza out and on their way so yeah I give him five stars View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
Please take your money elsewhere and save the frustration. I have given this facility so many ways to make them right, and they have repeatedly failed. My last order was the last straw that my order was completely burned. I called and spoke to the manager who could not offer a refund for food that was not edible. Worst experience ever!!! Ordered pizza! Pizza 1 toppings wrong! Pizza 2 toppings wrong crust wrong! Manager proceeded to tell me that the Pizza was what was ordered despite we can both read or I am assuming she could. Waited 40 mins with 4 family members inthe car. Finally after no attempts by the manager to do anything to fix my order. I had to ask her if she wanted me to contactmy financial institution or did she want to refund me. She voided my order and refunded my money. Left the place with 5 hungryfamily members and over an hour of our lives gone!
Worst and slowest service of any Papa John I've ever visited. Attention Papa John's corporate: shut down this location or find a new franchisee! Whoever this one is doesn't take it seriously! Store seems understaffed with no signs of leadership.
When I came to pick up, people saw me, but they didn't recognize me and only did what they did and talked to each other. Finally, someone went up from the back of the store and asked me if I was there for an execution order. No greeting, no thanks. I ordered a pizza, sausage and mushrooms. Everything was covered with cheese, so I couldn't see any blows. There was little sausage. I couldn't see or try mushrooms. My first and last visit to Papa Johns. Dominos is far superior!!
Every time, literally every single time I've ordered from them my pizza or pizzas have been burnt! I've ordered multiple times, giving multiple chances to deliver me a decent pizza and that has yet to happen. I will not order from them again.
25 minute wait turned into an hour and a half before I called. I was then told it would be a minimum of another 30 mins. It ended up coming an hour and a half after that. 3 hours waiting on 1 pizza. This used to be the best pizza place around to order from, and now, it?s the worst. Probably won?t be ordering from here again.
