Chili's Grill - Atoka

I'm really disappointed with our experience. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated, and during that time, the entire restaurant staff walked by us at least ten times, yet they didn't seem busy at all. The food was also a letdown; it was either cold or way too hot. As for the chicken krispers, they were essentially just chicken nuggets—nothing like they used to be. It's really unfortunate.

The food was excellent, as usual, and our waitress provided great service. However, the hostess was anything but friendly and was actually quite rude.

We were on our way back from a long journey and we took a lunch break at the Chili's outlet at Atoka. All 9 of us were ferociously hungry to gobble up our lunch. The service was neat and the food was filling and delicious. We enjoyed our dinehere. We ordered the following: 1. Crispy Chicken Crispers 2. Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich 3. Chicken and ShrimpFajita *2) 4. Cajun Chicken Pasta 5. Just Bacon Burger 6. Smoke House Combo 6 oz *2)

It had been a while since I last set foot in a Chilis. We were greeted with a smile quickly and were sat in a clean booth within a couple of minutes. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and got our drinks out quickly. After ordering, our food arrivedpretty quickly. The orders were correct, the food was nicely presented and it was hot. The only thing I dislike is the checkoutprocess. You have to use the tablet at the table to pay. This, to me, is not a great way to end your time at a restaurant. I?drather thank the server for their time and attention to detail rather than interact with tech. Not a dig at chili?s but atrestaurants in general who have adopted this checkout method. First of all, our waitress, Page, was excellent. The restaurant itself is nice and clean, and the food was fantastic. I had a Ranch burger that was absolutely amazing! Honestly, I haven't had such a good burger in a long time. I highly recommend this place!
