I had to wait more than half... read more I didn't think any restaurant could be worse than the what a Burger in Flomaton, But guess what, Jacks in Atmore Stole their crown. I had to wait more than half an hour for a single cheeseburger webbacon and it took 3 attempts to get it right. Not tomention when we arrived they were out of chicken and it was going to be 20 more minutes. The one customer they did have caughthis food after everyone else had Received theirs and left To be fair the food is OK but that's true and the service wow wow waybelow average. Employees were very rude not friendly at all. What a disappointment!

I always stop by Jack's whenever I'm in Atmore, but I visited yesterday for a 3-piece fried chicken dinner and was really disappointed. I received three legs, and every piece of chicken was cold—not just lukewarm, but genuinely cold! My biscuit was cold too, and the green beans were mushy. The only thing that was warm were the mashed potatoes, which were disgusting. This used to be my favorite meal, the only thing I ever ordered from here, but it tasted like leftover chicken from the day before. It completely ruined my appetite. How can you serve food that cold?

Even when we arrived 15 minutes before closing with a large online order, they were welcoming and efficient. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The women working the window are so pleasant, making our experience even better. A big thanks to Jack's team – you all rock!

The French fries were fat and hot and juicy. Very good meal and I enjoyed the atmosphere. If you are comingsouth from the Winn Creek casino in Atmore, it's a great place to catch a meal.
