If they have a decent crowd you may have to wait 45 minutes to a hour to receive your food. And last but not least is how much the prices have gone up compared to a restaurant offering almost identical menu with far lower prices in the same town. 3 people with no special orders can expect a close to $40 bill not including a tip.
