This is really one of the most amazing restaurants I have eaten to look at the overall package, and I have eaten in many ways and levels. The food is of amazing quality and very innovative

I went on my last day in Atlixco without reservation for a group of 3. Excellent service from the moment we entered. Everything in the menu was well explained and a few of the Mezcals they had scanned. When every dish came out, it was thoroughly explained and the ingredients that were highlighted. Each dish was a taste of local ingredients from the region, each presented in a unique way and... The cheese cake Camote with the lemon grass tea and Nopal ice cream only paired excellent and full taste. Chef Francisco Vigorito and the staff were attentive and left this place with the desire to visit my hometown in the future. Recommend this place to anyone who is in Atlixco!

Excellent tasting menu with special dishes you will find nowhere. Very comfortable environment and attentive waiting staff.

Hands down the best dining experience in Mexico! Highly recommend the 7 course degustation menu. The chef came out himself and told us about his passion for using only local ingredients. It was so good we went back twice in a row! If you want to taste the flavours of Mexico, you can’t miss Vica!

Wonderful experience! Great place, perfect and attentive service and exceptional food. We had the 7 course tasting with lentils, cheese, rabbit, pork belly, fish, lobster and pana cotta. Each course was a wonderful experience! Fine dining at a very good value for money. We will be back soon!
