Changed space, network service sto... read more Great location, have been here since the 90s. The place in decline. Management inept. Wanted quiet room. The room had no net. Changed space, network service storage and not able to work. Rooms loud with children play outside my window after the darkness. Drunks sing loudly by the pool at 10:00. Picked managers twice by phone to deal with the situation. Drunks singed at 10:45, at what time I went to the reception and told the manager to do something. Obvious the manager couldn't handle the situation. Then around 11, finally calmed down and I could rest. Cool at night and heating didn't work. Water pressure not good and shower head faulty. Paid $100 per night and thought it high when I mentioned that at check-in was recommended that even a special, not published, for half price. Feel demolished and very sorry that after stay there many times, that was really bad. You decide whether you want a similar experience. Rest of staff very good, spa good, and the restaurant good.

They served us an excellen... read more After a nice dinner on the terrace it became a bit cool and we moved into the lounge where there was a warming fire in the fireplace. They served us an excellent chocolate cake. There was also a musician, singing classic Mexican songs and playing guitar.

Later we ate at other locations nearby and realized that one can eat better and more typical Mexican food for a considerably lower price.
