This resulted... read more Finally got around to trying Petiscos and I was not disappointed. Typically, the decision was made on a whim rather than with an advance booking. This resulted in a wait at the bar but that gave me a chance to check out the great atmosphere and unexpectedly cost setting. Staff were wonderfully friendly and the service excellent. The menu is filled with delicious options so the choice is tough. We eventually decided on a shared starter of prawn cakes and chorizo. The chorizo is very rich so I struggled to finish a portion but my partner was thrilled to be able to assist with that. The prawn cakes are amazing. I want more, lots more! My partner went for the ribs as a main and declared them utterly delicious. I opted for the meat espetada. I admit I was disappointed it arrived on a plate rather than the hanging skewer with all the amazing juices dripping. It was, however, excellent and cooked perfectly to order. I’ll definitely be returning perhaps with a booking next time! Thank you to Gemma, Cody, and the rest of the team.
