What MRS doesn't like about Michael Patrick's Brasserie:
This is one of the WORST spots that I've EVER been too! How do you mess up breakfast food? 30 minutes just for a server to greet you or take your order. I can give a little grace for possible staffing issues (1 star). It then took an additional min 90 minutes for the disgusting food to come out. Mandatory 18% gratuity on to-go orders, and you charge almost $2 for takeout boxes? Hahahaha, you guys are out of your minds! With your overpriced, mediocre food and the fees you charge, it's cheaper just to Uber Eats or DoorDash for something better.
The staff was no issue as far as customer service but I can’t say much for the food preparer. I ordered a simple Caesar Salad and for $25 smh. I was sorely disappointed when I opened that huge container in my room to see it was only a bit of lettuce, a few sprinkles of croutons, and 4 of the most tiny frozen slices of chicken with a lil bit of shaken Parmesan. I literally shook my head in disbelief. Everything at the hotel was great except the lack of good food service from this restaurant. If the food could match the service it’d be a hit!
Just gave up and left. No greeting or drink order after 30 minutes. Manager playing on her phone pointed at us a couple times but still nothing.
The Michael Patrick burger was delicious and my wife loved the grilled cheese and French onion soup.
