Raquel, Raul, Alan let me just say we have been to pub many times and had the pleasure of meeting Raul and Raquel they are SO GREAT , PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, WE ARE TREATED SO WELL FROM THE MINUTE WE WALK IN !! I see other reviews had the same experience as us when you only order sandwiches vs. $100 dinner's where the server gets very rude! When there for family birthday day and this rudeness kind a killed the festive event! Then on top of that we keep getting cold fries. Second time coming here. We came here because the cost is reasonable, and it has a nice atmosphere. I got the Dublin which is a Reuben sandwich that is definitely tasty. It's upscale bar food. As with all bar food, it is too salty and the bread was fried and too greasy. But I was budgeting and also wanted to feel like I had a slightly upscale dining experience, so it's good enough. Definitely not the ultimate AC dining experience! 4 stars because we have a good time there but technically 3 stars because of the salty food. It was a good choice for budgeting reasons.

Hi ! I’m usually a person who always look for customer service . After watching Gordon Ramsey for many years, finally being able to sit at one of his restaurants at Caesars casino Ac , I was beyond disappointed. Gordon Ramsey is known for fresh tasting food , great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. However that was the completely opposite that was presented. Our waiter was rudely and impolite , the one person who did make my family feel welcome was the host . The presentation of the food was basic and the prices were not . Food temp was close to room temp and after asking if it to be heated up we were told no . Aside from that , we did not feel welcomed and I wish the experience was better .
