I have dined at this restaurant a few times and the key is to order for pick up in advance. My most recent order was fresh, tasty, and accurate. I went to the restaurant and ordered at the register, then waited for 40 minutes, so pick up is my favorite option. I am obsessed with their corn and ribs! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
I cannot believe how terrible this place is. The atmosphere is sketchy. The server looks like a young child and has a terrible attitude. They made us wait for an hour and then got mad at us for interrupting them while they were getting high in the bathroom. Even my usually calm fiancé was about to lose it. View all feedback.
Great place that loves the customer service so far, especially for a new opening in the area. Also the kitchens young are they very clean and spot on!!! they change gloves there. really they miss the customer service so to kovid! let us our front people and the kitchen do for what they do, thank them so much?
Went in tonight, 6/5/2022. I wanted to say something great but I can’t !!! For $40+ you would think the food would at lease be decent. All the wings were half done and the flavor on the wings was just ok i guess} The fries had to be from 2/3 days ago. Look like they tried to re-drop em in the grease. SMH I EXPECTED EXCELLENCE FROM THIS PLACE.Scale of 1 10 with 10 being the HighestWing Stop on Piedmont got a 3 and that’s because the Customer Service is On Point ? other than that it would be a 1 ????
Came here on my first visit to ATL. Not only did we wait an hour for our food, our food was wrong. We received one meal and the fries felt like they had been in the fridge (i’m not exaggerating). we went back in to get the correct food and went back to the airbnb right behind the place, the fries were good and hot. The wings were horrible they had no flavor (lemon pepper and garlic parm) they were super greasy, the hot wings were way to hot to eat i think they put the wrong sauce. We paid for extra cups of ranch and instead got extra cups of blue cheese. For $30 this food was absolutely not worth it, do not go here!!
The Wingstop at 595 Piedmont Avenue Northeast is the absolute WORST Wingstop EVER. The reason it’s the ABSOLUTE worst, is because the manager whose name is Ashley, is the most unprofessional, irrational, illogical and EXTREMELY rude, combative, disrespectful and confrontational person to EVER encounter. I simply asked Ashley in the most polite and sincerely inquisitive manner (in good faith), “why is the price of the same, EXACT order that I just ordered today (on 5/24/2022), all-of-a-sudden $3 dollars more 24 dollars) than what I paid just a few days prior (on 5/20/2022), which was only $21 dollars total for the same, EXACT order,” and then Ashley told me outright without me even requesting a discount, “NO, you’re NOT getting a discount,” even though I did NOT request a discount, I simply wanted to know the reason why my order is all-of-a-sudden $3 dollars more than the previous time for the SAME order, and then she (Ashley/the manager) LITERALLY began to cuss me out and threatened to kick me out of the store for simply asking a LEGITIMATE question regarding the order I was placing. Ashley seemed to have been high on drugs or drunk to have responded to my legitimate question in the EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful manner in which she (Ashley/the manager) did. Ashley escalated the situation. She went from zero to a hundred IMMEDIATELY. Ashley needs to be fired from her position IMMEDIATELY, because her unprofessional and rude ATTITUDE is only going to continue to drive other customers AWAY from EVER doing business with Wingstop again. Ashley is the absolute WORST of the worst. It does NOT get any worse than Ashley/the Wingstop manager. I will NEVER do business again with the Wingstop because of Ashley, and I am going to exhort EVERYONE in my social and business network to NEVER do business with the Wingstop, due to the EXTREMELY terrible experience that I encountered with the Wingstop unprofessional manager named Ashley.
These people even have a sign in the window “Dining room is now open”, but this is a deliberate lie. I walked in at 1:30pm on a Saturday, and was told “we only do this online now”. That’s all she said, so I assume the only way to try this food is to pay the exorbitant fees through a delivery service, doubling the price of the food I was willing to order, pay for, and take.Bizarre and I guess I will never try it.
