I always use the mobile app. I'm sure the restaurant will probably return a lot because the line is always long and the inner is never open, but if they have minimal workers, they need to do what they need to do. every time I go here, it's always fresh and hot and they never get my order wrong. they are definitiv my way to my lunch break. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Why isn’t the drive-thru open? The lines are always crazy! I just wanted a Dave’s Single with cheese, but instead, I had to wait in a long line. It was frustrating to see cars that ordered after me drive away while I was still waiting. View all feedback.
Quality customer service would be nice. Getting the order correct would be nice. Acting as if you appreciate your job would be paramount. This is why minimum wage increase would be a problem. More pay for poor performance. Step it up please and take on a ownership mentality and give people the experience you would want yourself. Its not just fast food...its the thought behind the product. Every other business sells what you sell so why should we keep supporting you? Make us want to come back.
Cheap food, excellent. Entered near nine, it wasn't busy. The service here is better than most. Ambience is similar to Fresno's scene.
Good clean fast food. Good efficient customer service, especially this West End location across from the historic Hunter Baptist Church. Best organic lemonade- really sweet but hey sugar is organic?
