Feedback
The Sundial boasts stunning views, but many diners report a significant decline in the overall dining experience. Patrons have faced rude service, poorly executed dishes, and unappetizing options that fail to justify the high prices. Complaints include overcooked steaks, bland flavors, and outdated decor, alongside long waits for food. While some have enjoyed exceptional service and memorable meals, these positive experiences are overshadowed by consistent frustrations with service quality and culinary execution. As such, potential diners might reconsider this once-celebrated destination, as it appears to be fumbling in both food quality and guest satisfaction.
The restaurant has a lovely view, especially before sunset. The food portions are generous and the drinks are outstanding. The customer service is top-notch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Very nice view and food is decent. Enjoyed the time with family .. lovey rain sunset view
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food lacked any flavor and the steaks were undercooked with a burnt crust. Additionally, there was a long wait for the main entree, even when the restaurant was not busy. Canned vegetables in the risotto were completely unacceptable. The restrooms were in poor condition with old dryers and frequently out of paper towels. The interior was outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The prices for the food and wine were outrageously high, with much better quality and lower prices available at other steakhouses. Overall, I would not recommend dining at this establishment.
We dined at the restaurant as a party of four, two couples. The waiter charged us an automatic gratuity of 18%, which is usually only applied to parties of six or more. He did not inform us of this policy, so we ended up adding an additional 18% gratuity, giving him an extra $80. This was a disappointing and misleading experience. We plan to take the receipt back to rectify the situation and get our additional money back, as it is a matter of principle.
We had a beautiful view and the food was amazing!! Our waiter LaCory was awesome!! What a wonderful experience!!!
