The food was well prepared, but the overall organization was terrible. All four employees were friendly and very pleasant. This store's revenue could easily be doubled or even quadrupled with better management.
The food and service are consistently excellent. The only downside is that they are supposed to close at 9 PM but often shut earlier than that.
I visited this Subway for the first time and took advantage of the BOGO half-price deal offered on the app. While the app functioned smoothly, I was disappointed with the food. The bread was hard, and the toppings on the Outlaw sandwich were sparse. I found the advertising to be quite misleading. Overall, these were the worst Subway sandwiches I have ever had.
My experience at the restaurant fell short of my expectations. If the staff is dissatisfied with their jobs, it might be worth considering a change. After all, it's the customers who contribute to your salary. Disrespect is not acceptable. Please work on enhancing your service!
