Everyone is polite, and service is prompt. My problem is when I've ordered hot subs like steak or meatballs. Sometimes the meat is cold, even if I ordered it toasted. If this problem is addressed I'd eat lunch here more often. My rating would jump to 4 stars instead of 2. View all feedback.
Just gonna put this star here so I remember the subway with the skimpy sandwiches (I got 7 ingredients) and the burnt cookies.
I ordered three sandwiches yesterday evening via mobile order, one of which was a chicken sandwich with toppings. Picked them up on time and upon arriving home I opened mine and noticed that the chicken and cheese was missing from my sandwich.. however it was still toasted because the bread was rock hard. Soo I guess they just toasted the veggies? I?m not really sure but needless to say I was a bit disappointed as I was really craving that sandwich. At least my families orders were fine.
The owner has added extra restrictions to coupons that are in the flyer which means you can barely use them for anything
Came and ordered subs with my family. The one lady will rush you in the beginning and leave a young boy to finish while trying to ring us out. We ordered exact subs from the menu and the lady proceeded to not even know what came on the sandwich . She didn?t even finish them. She passed them off to the boy and told him the number and told him to read it. They don?t even know their own menu and their cookies were burnt ????
Easy to order through app for collection, like most Subways, brilliant quality!
