Finally someone asked the concierge, and he said that when it gets busy like this they just do first come, first served. We made a reservation because we knew it would be busy. We had to eat elsewhere that night. We came back another night, and it was “seat yourself”, still no hostess. We did eat there, but it was just ok.

Thankfully, we discovered the Italian buffet they offered, and it was a delightful experience. The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Everything was perfect!
