Salata - Atlanta
Salata
Menu
The restaurant from Atlanta offers 45 different dishes and drinks on the menu at an average price of $3.0.
At Atlantic Station’s salad spot, build-your-own bowls shine with generous toppings, a dozen dressings, soups, wraps and a tea bar — ideal for vegans and health-minded diners. Freshness can be hit-or-miss (wilted spinach, occasional sold-out toppings), and service ranges from warm and helpful to brusque. Management appears to be improving, but expect variable tea quality, occasional supply shortages and modest meat portions. Overall, flavorful, filling salads and friendly staff make it a worthwhile stop for lunch or a quick, customizable meal.

Was David Christensen at Salata a mag?
This was my first visit but not my last. Amazing gourmet salad with lots of menu choices that include the ability to choose from numerous forms of protein for a $4 upcharge. Great staff with a friendly, helpful demeanor that walked me through my choices and made helpful recommendations. 12 dressings to choose from and you can request a taste sample before making your selection. What Raven Pullum dislikes about Salata:
This was my first experience ordering from this Salata, as I have only tried Salata in Texas before. Unfortunately, I couldn't get spinach because it was extremely wilted, and the kale wasn't in great shape either. The atmosphere is decent since it's located in Atlantic Station, but it seems like they need better management. They had run out of straws, and the teas were terrible and watered down. This restaurant is a great option for vegans looking for a hearty salad. They offer an impressive selection of toppings—at least 40, mostly consisting of fruits and vegetables. You can choose from five or six different types of greens as your salad base. Their range of dressings, herbal teas, and lemonades is excellent as well. While their prices are reasonable, they're not overly cheap either. It seems they're under new management, and I’ve noticed many positive changes aimed at enhancing customer service. The staff is extremely friendly; I’ve visited five or six times in the past month and have always been met with a warm smile. The only reason I didn’t give them a full five stars is that they often run out of certain toppings, which can be disappointing, especially for someone with a restricted diet like mine. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place!
The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making my first visit very enjoyable. I made my own salad and ordered a multigrain croissant, a chocolate chip cookie, and some peach lemonade from the tap. Everything was delicious! I will definitely be coming back.
I really enjoy this place especially during these hot summer days! The staff was extremely friendly. I ordered the cucumber wrap and chose my own fillings. The spicy avocado sauce was delicious as well as that peach lemonade tea!

The atmosphere is decent since it's located in Atlantic Station, but it seems like they need better management. They had run out of straws, and the teas were terrible and watered down. Additionally, my pita chips were greasy and burnt.
I also requested an extra dressing for each of our three meals, but only received two. I was told this was due to the complimentary drinks, which I felt was a bit disappointing given the amount I spent on salads and wraps that we didn't even want because of the misinformation. I believe they could have accommodated our request for dressing and drinks without any hassle. Despite this incident, the food was quite good, and the staff remained friendly. I observed them display patience and professionalism while dealing with some very difficult customers ahead of us. I would recommend this place to others to give it a try at least once. **Vegetarian Options:** It's a salad place, so there are plenty of vegetarian choices. **Parking:** It's best to park on the lower or street level for easy access to the location.
