What User doesn't like about Ruth's Chris Steak House:
Service was slow (had to wave down our waiter twice once for checking on the drink order, also for checking on meal order. Informed him that we were scheduled to be at the State Farm Arena at 7:00 (we were seated at 5:15 at the restaurant), and we barely made the performance as the curtain came up. View all feedback.
Went there to celebrate my birthday last night (6/22) and the service and food was top notch!!! Our waitress Roz was wonderful!!!! I'll definitely be going back!!!
Truly a great experience, no wait for our table!! When I didn’t like my drink they remade it with no fuss!!! Definitely will dine again!

It was wonderful the food was good and the staff was so nice.
Staff were amazing . So helpful and thoughtful.. food delicious and the restaurant had a warm atmosphere
