Even the fries are gluten-free because they use a dedicated fryer! I ordered the Copacabana with added carnitas, and I can't stop thinking about it. The Year of the Tiger bowl with chicken was also incredibly delicious and satisfying. Plus, the vegan cream sauce on the loaded fries is simply irresistible. It's definitely a great spot for lunch, but since the market has limited seating, I recommend getting your meal to go.

We even go a step further and provide our own custom-printed allergy card for the kitchen. They were not only completely accommodating, but the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We definitely plan to return frequently. Highly recommended!

I only tried the loaded sweet potatoes, but I have a feeling that this dish reflects the deliciousness of the entire menu. The loaded sweet potato fries came topped with chives, garlic, chipotle aioli, and chili crisps. The aioli had a flavor reminiscent of crème fraîche and paired wonderfully with the chives and chili flakes. I do wish the sweet potatoes were a bit thicker and had a softer, meatier center to balance out the crispy, dry exterior. Yes, my many years of watching cooking shows and dining at amazing restaurants have probably earned me an honorary culinary degree (just kidding!). I can’t wait to return and sample more dishes from the menu. I highly recommend this adorable vegan spot to fellow food enthusiasts seeking healthy or food-sensitive options.
