Ray's in the City - Atlanta

We had an absolute explosion yesterday, which celebrated our first anniversary. Eating was excellent and they gave us a free champagne toast. nichol was a dream of a server!

A friend and I dined a ray’s in the city for a common birthday party that I noticed on our reservation and we had an excellent meal in addition to the treatment well through the front of the house staff and our server. the personal was very attentive and wished us a good birthday again and again. our server terrence b. was phenomenal and has looked after us very well from the beginning. he also made great recommendations from the drinks and food menus. we split the brot basket as an appetizer and the brot came hot! it was delicious and we have taken the rest of it home. for my meal, I had the patiently spoiled group with seasonal vegetables (in this case boil sprouts and flower cabbage) and it was so good. I took rest after home and it was so good the next day, even heated again. my friend had her crabcake, a favorite of her, and they were as good as the last time she ate her. to dessert I tried her house with pecans, vanilla ice cream and berries. delicious! that was a great recommendation from terrence. my friend had the key little girl and loved it too. many thanks to the staff of ray’s in the city for our birthday dinner so welcoming and special.

Great food. great ambiente. great service as soon as I set myself. but they wouldn't let me in the restaurant until my whole party was present. Why? Why should they wait outside when they have the room to put them? barely people at the place where I arrived. didn't make me sense. I'm not going back from this ground.

Great atmosphere!! Great wine selection by our waiter and food was excellent!!! The menu has a variety of options for everybody.
