Ra Sushi Bar Restaurant Atlanta, Ga

Great atmosphere, loved the ambiente and the mood, good music. the drinks were really good, definitely would be happy hour again, the drinks took a long time to come, but it was busy. eating quickly came out, eating was okay.

My 7 colleagues and I went there for an informal business lunch. I booked a reservation. The host was nice and personable, he made jokes. We thought, 'okay so far, so good. ' There were barely 10 guests in the restaurant at the time. But during the almost 2 hours that we were there, service was EXTREMELY SLOW. It took over an hour for 3 of us to receive our teas and lemonade. The food came out sporadically. Mine was lukewarm and my manager 's was dry. One of my team members actually walked towards the kitchen window and got his food from the waitress. However, he NEVER RECEIVED THE 2ND PORTION OF HIS FOOD. Water glasses were empty. For the last 30-35 minutes that we were there, we didn 't even see our server again. When we were leaving, we spoke to 1 of the managers (who was sitting with another manager, having an enjoyable lunch of their own it seemed). She was calm and adjusted the bill for the unreceived food and she also offered some type of 'friendship card ' (I forgot the actual name of it) that could be used at any of their restaurants. However, I turned it down. What mostly bothered me about this experience wasn 't just the bad service. It was the lack of urgency on the part of the servers and the poor leadership. It seemed as if none of them thought anything was wrong or even understood WHY we were so bothered. We definitely didn 't tip.

Service was lacking, floors were slippery inside and the food was was similar to chipotle. Had Hibachi filet mignon and shrimp and it was a joke. It looked like something i would get at a fast food place and small portion. Like 8 pieces of steak and 4 shrimp.

I’ve come to this restaurant at least 5 times since moving to Atlanta 8 years ago and I must say the last 3 times the service completely sucks. It doesn’t matter if you sit outside or inside or even at the bar the service is always slow. The food use to be 5 stars and now every time I come it slightly declines. The drinks use to have us wanting more and now we just get water after the 1st round just so we don’t waste our money. This use to be the IT place to go but now my friends and I decided to retire this place simply because it’s not close to what it use to be. Did I mention the service is horrible? I’m talking wait 30 mins for your server to introduce themselves before getting you water horrible. If that takes that long image the wait for the food. Hopefully they bring this place back to the level it use to be because this is a waste of a good location.
