What Alex Carrier doesn't like about Poppin Pita:
Have been coming for a couple years. Something changed but now they never have pickup turned on for the apps, so I have to call. When you call they act like you’re bothering them but it’s the only way to do a pickup order. Then they say “hold on a sec” and make you wait on the phone for anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes before simply taking your order. Then once you’re in there, you can tell that everything is a mess. I've been here twice now. I got the same thing twice because it was delicious and perfect for my husband and I to share for two meals. We got a felafel bowl, full beef shawarma plate, and wings. Everything was really tasty! My first visit the guy answering the phone and who gave us our meal was REALLY unprofessional. He was cussing at someone while I was one the phone with him and he was late giving us our food and then gave us our order with grease and spices all over the bag and his gloved hands. I couldn't help but laugh when he handed it to me.. like what? Food was still good though. On my second visit I got a different person and the woman was very sweet and courteous over the phone. I love their hot sauce and even though I didn't express this directly, the woman was still able to tell and when I arrive to pick up my food she made sure my wings were thoroughly covered and she gave me an extra container of hot sauce for my felafel bowl I just really appreciate her extra care and observation. She definitely redeemed that other guy, so I'm giving five stars. In all, I say great place, good food and worth your time/money.
Falafel bowl was amazing . I’m not a fan of the hot spicy sauce. Hummus was okay, a little watery with pita bread . Cute little place to dine in.
It was great good price tasty food. It was open rather late as well. I know next time to get more sauce with my falafel
Love this place! I am from the Midwest and been here for 3 years now and this is the best Gyro here in Atlanta! The sauce is amazing and love the customer service! Great place and great food!

Food occasionally is burnt now. Service terrible. They’ve lost my business, and I won’t be surprised when they close up shop.
