Planet Smoothie - Atlanta

This place is awesome..don't know what the hell is in those things but I keep drinking them and they are always good! Plus some of them are good for ya.. puts lead in your pencil!! Whoooo!

Man they just stared at me talking about we are closed on Saturdays when it was Sunday first of all lol. Then they got it listed as they are open until 8pm. Annoying time consuming. A smoothie craving isnt your regular craving. So what a bigdissatisfaction. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE. It?s simple!

I visited last night and received excellent service. I was informed that they open at 7:30 a.m., so I arrived at 7:45, but the staff member there had a noticeable attitude. She told me she doesn’t start until 8 a.m. Even though their website states they open at 7, she insisted she wouldn't be starting until 8. It's hard to believe.

The posted hours state that the restaurant opens at 7 a.m., but I arrived at 8 a.m. and was informed by the attendant that it would open in 10 minutes. When I asked if it typically opens at 8:10, she confirmed that it does. Either update the posted hours or open on time—it's one or the other, Planet Smoothie.

I visited the restaurant today hoping to get a smoothie. I arrived at 7:15 PM and was informed that they closed at 8 PM, even though their online hours clearly state they should be open until 8. Additionally, I should mention that this place is located inside a gas station. As I walked towards the restroom, I slipped on some unmarked water on the floor and fell, scraping my knee, and now my left shoulder is in pain. It was only after I fell that the man working at the gas station window came out to mark the wet area, which should have been cleaned up right away. I'm not usually one to write negative reviews, but this entire experience was both embarrassing and dreadful for me. The man at the gas station was polite, but he lacked sympathy and didn’t offer any assistance for the trouble I went through.
