if I could give 0 stars, I would literally order two middle pizzas and estimated delivery was an hour after the delivery time, nor any pizza and their business closes with no updates from them yet. never order from here. View all feedback.

We were so disappointed. I had a big job that was for a team at georgia tech. I called this place the day before and gave them a head up that we would deliver a big order for pizzas to ga tech the next night. they assured me that it was not a problem that I could place the order on the day of delivery. I did not put the order online specifically, I called it in hours before the scheduled delivery and paid it in full height. min before the delivery should arrive, I called and checked the status and the automated answer said the order had arrived in min. When the command didn't arrive, I called the manager. After he was stopped for min, he answered and said that he was busy and others commanded that ours will be delayed. I asked why we were late when we placed our order before someone else and paid for it before the time. the manager hung me up. the order was late for min. we had hungry lacrosse players waiting there. the manager did not apologize or refunded us everything to compensate the driver was still very nice and we tipped him well.
Waited several times over hours. the pizza was never delivered and then when I asked for a refund, they said they would have to ask the driver and would call me back in an hour. driver name ferris. Update....you never called me back, it was hour and days
Pizza suppliers, when he was asked what happened, drove right past and didn't even know he had pizza for us. pizza showed and an hour later than on the tracker. husband has received talk and is being asked by the load in the am. pizzakurier said best not at the ordering manager denied the accountability for the driver if she asked why the driver has disappeared from the online GPS tracker. manager was also clearly multitasking, as I heard he was talking other way while on the phone with me, which led to me repeating my information several times. he accused me of being rude. at this point I was not rude yet. pizza was cold and mangled. was informed that she would send a manager to get the pizza as he needed to get his food back and then they could spend a refund. I've never been so inconsistent with customer service. I refused, because I would prefer to take out their cold pizza, then to deal with another person. as if I had to live my Friday night still inconveniently and have more time to wait for a driver to get the pizza? Since when was that even a policy? take it for a pizza, rinse it the toilet and make it a sandwich to avoid this headache. if they order a pizza, they do not plan that it is edible when it is delivered. we had problems in past, but nothing bad. Driver system of reciepten clearly did not set up for success as it had no route priorization information. the location is badly managed.
Took over hours to get our pizza. We called to get an update and were on hold for minutes, then we gave up and hung up. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will never order from this store again, you’ve lost my business forever.
