Moonbowls Healthy Korean Bowls

I ordered the marinated chicken egg bowl via UberEATS to a friend. To my surprise, there was a text from Sam, that lets you communicate directly with them in case you need anything.All I asked was to make sure everything was in the order and they definitely put in the extra attention care. The level of customer care is outstanding and exemplary. More businesses should take notes from them adapt this mindset.P.S. my friend loved the food!!

Order took over an hour to prepare. No one was at the desk to help us and left us standing there for several minutes. Then were totally rude to us when they did finally come to the desk to help. Our food was marked complete on the app even tho it wasn't done.

Only have ever ordered through door dash however it is always delicious. The fried cauliflower is so good and the sesame rice is a fav.

Very good cauliflower rice base. Very fluffy and light. It was almost like real rice. The Korean bbq chicken was delicious with the sauce. I got the bowl with broccoli, mushroom, corn salad, bbq chicken, and cauliflower rice.

The food was okay... I ordered the crispy chicken nuggets, BBQ chicken bowl and Moon Fries. The fries were hands down the best part of the meal (had a nice spicy kick). The chicken bowl had way too much pickled onion in it and the quality of the chicken was meh. All of the chicken was dark meat which is unfortunately not my preference
