Contribute Feedback What Zane Beatty doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
Walked in and the place was empty, no welcome from the staff or anything. Their portions are super small so you don?t get what you pay for. The tables are dirty and definitely need to be cleaned regularly. I would try another Moe?s if I were you. View all feedback.
Moe's Corporate ought to force whoever owns this location to improve or sellIt's a terrible Moe's.
Today is free queso day! Yay, but not quiteI'm that "rewards"type of guy and I have over $10 earned.
Moe is actually one of my favorite restaurants. You will always get my business over Chipotle, but this particular location is terrible. Customer service is terrible. You never answer the speaker in the Drive-Thru. The language barrier is disturbing. They are also extremely stingy with the ingredients. I entered this review while I was in the car by Lane and prayed that someone did not spit in my food.
We stopped in for a quick meal after a funeral and a friend of the owner was standing up next to his booth of friends speaking extremely loudly in his native tongue the entire time we were there. We could not enjoy our meal.
It?s been a long time since I?ve eaten at Moe?s. Saw it on DoorDash and I thought I?d give it a try again. Ordered the ?Home Wrecker Bowl? with the Chips Salsa, and a couple cookies. The order arrived quickly, complete and correct, and packaged well for delivery. The bowl customization included the steak (and chicken for minimal extra cost), seasoned rice, black beans, pico, roasted corn pico, grilled onions peppers, shredded lettuce, grilled mushrooms, pickled jalapeño, guacamole, and sour cream. Though the word ?fresh? is way overused in food reviews, it really fits here. Everything blended well together and was delicious. The free chips were nice and crispy, and complimented everything else well. Salsa had a small kick but was not overwhelming. Cookies (Snickerdoodle) were nothing special, but good. I would certainly order from here again.
