Live! At The Battery Atlanta

Went there last night a friend received a VIP experience package. Not sure what it supposed to had been it even was a surprised to her , it was nothing special at all. My first time there. Another friend and I put our order in. I ordered boneless wings and fries and she ordered a salad and potato tots. We waited and waited. We were like what's taking so long? The bar tender check and said the kitchen never received our order, some sort of technical issue. If we never would of said anything, we never would of gotten our food. The food was subpar. The fries tasted like nothing, and the wings were Meh. Another friend her nachos were burnt. Going through reviews and saw they served a baby a Burnet grill cheese sandwich. So oh this is custom. Horrible. I won't be back to this place to eat. The atmosphere was a vibe though because it was a Braves game. The menu is very limited. Nothing special at all

I’ll start with the good. The hostess was friendly and happy sat us in the pit area near the bar. Huge screen to watch the game. The bad: everything else. The restaurant only had 3 other tables of people in to serve besides us. It took a bit to be acknowledged by a server. She was pleasant. We ordered 2 glasses of draft beer, a burger, and upgraded to cheese fries. The fries were most definitely old and had been sitting there. They were cold. The burger was fair. The server finally came over when I got her attention. I asked if I could get some hot fries. Of course, she said. The ones that they replaced them with had been microwaved. Yuck!! Not a good experience other than the huge tv to watch the game. Guess we should have sat at the bar. Won’t be going back due to cold food and staff seems only occupied in socializing amongst each other. It was 9pm at the latest when we arrived, by the way.

Didn't get to try the food. After 45+ minutes of waiting for nachos we told the manager we wanted to go. His response was that it was good for a game day. Nah, it's not, sir. The dining room wasn't even full, and your server and bartender told us the real problem.........

Been there a couple of times but today it’s gonna be the last one for sure.The treatment from the staff was very unfriendly from the moment we arrived.In the whole place they served in large glasses but we were served in small and different ones from the rest of the people in the restaurant:Bad service, didn’t check if the food was ok or if we needed anything else, we asked for wings with no sauce and they bring them covered with sauce, the bowls were poor, nachos ok.I won’t come back to this place any more and if you are latin i recommend you to go anywhere else.

Yesterday we were a table of 9 people. 4 children and 5 adults. The treatment was not the best. As Hispanics we feel offended because of racism. The service was very bad by the waitress who served us. They should check the staff.
