While staying close, at a hotel for the weekend, we found this bit of a whole in the wall place .... and loved it! The kids both had spaghetti and meatballs. We ordered a large pizza, a Calzone, the two kids spaghetti. The atmosphere is nice, very relaxed. The staff friendly, yet leave you alone to eat. The location very convenient and easy to find. Everything was amazing, flavorful, and the service perfect. Look for... View all feedback.
What Kalin L doesn't like about Il Bacio:
I ordered what I thought was dinner on Uber Eats, but it turns out that I only got a snack. Y'all should really be ashamed of yourselves for giving me this tiny portion of food. I'm waited over an hour for this bite size piece of lasagna and it didn't even have any sauce on it. I was better off going to a grocery store and getting frozen pasta. I'm so disappointed and hungry. View all feedback.

After a struggle to find a new lunch spot in the Buckhead area, we ventured toward Lindbergh, only to stumble upon Il Bacio. Located in the same plaza as a Waffle House and Home Depot, it may get lost but we saw it from the street and decided to stop in. It was a late lunch but there were still several tables finishing up their food. Our server was very nice and friendly. She brought us complimentary bread, which was a flavorful focaccia, which we dipped in I decided to order some pasta since I was craving some red sauce pasta. The Farfalle e Gambaretti sounded tasty so I got a small portion. It was still quite a large portion of pasta, especially after all the bread we ate. The sauce was flavorful and tasty although the unmelted cheese was a bit odd. The risotto options also look pretty great! I'll need to try it next time. The menu offers some great options at a great price. While it's not the fanciest pasta out there, the amount of food for the price is a nice lunch option. I'll definitely need to come back to Il Bacio to try some of their other dining options!
I am not a pizza 'person '. My idea of a good pizza is one from a chain that has a bunch of meat, a solid crust, and costs me like $10 for a large that I can take home and binge Netflix with. If that doesn 't describe you then you 're not going to agree with my review and that 's fine, you know more about pizza than I do. But I happened to be in the parking lot for something else and didn 't want to move my car, so I decided to give a real pie a shot. Let 's start with ambiance. This place is nice! The staff was friendly, the table settings wonderful, it 's full of windows so you can people watch the busy parking lot and it 's fun. I specifically had the Parmese Pizza, which did not mash with me specifically. $15 for a small, but the gorgonzola was just...overpowering. Less works as more here in my inexperienced, uninitiated pizza novice opinion. But I just didn 't like it. The pasta at the table over looked amazing though and I 'll be back to try it. But the pizza wasn 't my favorite.
This place is located across from Home Depot in a plaza like center. The environment is very casual with 4 TV 's in each corner Incase you 'd like to watch sports. I got the medium sized BBQ chicken pizza $17), the crust was perfect for me, crunchy. I also thought the flavor of the pizza was well, it was a little plain of course the recipe is just Bbq, chicken and mozzarella but it was a good plain .. if that makes sense. They didn 't over do it with the BBQ, it was the perfect amount. Our waiter was great as well and they even serve gelato!!
