Description
**A Culinary Journey: Discovering Mixed Reviews at a Local Gem**
Nestled in a vibrant area, this restaurant has garnered attention for both its delightful dishes and significant service shortcomings. While many diners rave about the exquisite flavors of their dishes, particularly the pho and BBQ beef bowl, others lament experiences marred by burnt vegetables and unresponsive staff. The ambiance may lack charm, but the unique menu offers satisfaction, with standout items like dumplings and Sriracha rice balls. However, inconsistent service—ranging from hostility to indifference—has led to customer frustrations. Despite these challenges, its affordability and delicious offerings keep patrons eager to return for more.

I visited this restaurant on January 19, 2021, looking to try something new. Overall, the food was good, but the chicken was very dry.
The vegetables were burnt and lacked flavor, which was quite disappointing. I was hoping to order salmon, but since it wasn’t available, I settled for the veggie pasta. It could have been a great dish if the vegetables hadn't been burnt and had more taste.
The wait wasn't too long, and the pasta was, as always, fantastic. Today, it had a bit more spice than usual, and the chicken was tender and juicy.
If I could give this trash restaurant-3 I would. I have no review of the food because it was never received. We waited an hour for wings. Whwn i showed the ever so immature and unprepared Manager/owner, he first denied that we waited so long, showed him the receipt,he gives it back and walks away. I tell the cashier i want a refund, she gets the same unprofessional individual who says that since we waited as long,we might as well keep waiting. No apology,no acknowledgement. He then takes my receipt, shorts my change and when i ask for my receipt ,he rips it in half and tells me to leave the building. It is unacceptable and i will be back to only make a formal complaint.
