I tried a Ch... read more I've never been to this restaurant, and now I know I never will. It just sounds like the typical attitude of "who cares, as long as we make money." I tried a Chicken Little from KFC and asked if it was part of any testing or research—like testing to see if customers would buy it again. It seems like the research just shows that they could put anything on a bun, and people would eat it.

I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup, and after a long drive, I was informed that someone else had picked up my order, so I had to reorder. How could someone have picked up my order? I wish I could review the food, but since I never received it, I wasn't about to place another order and wait again after that long journey. Their system is seriously flawed.

Ther... read more I'm not sure how negative stars hasn't been invented bc of places like this. First of all, a plain vegan burger is not something you can safely order here. There's not much more to add. Do not come here. But definitely don't come here if you have allergies. We requested a cheese free burger that had cheese. Asked to have it remade and was flat out refused. $25 for a burger and no one could fix the problem. No one wanted to give me the number for the manger so I could get a refund. Finally after APD showed up, a new burger was made. But what a waste bc it was remade with bacon on top and who knows what else. It's a felony to mess with people's food and this cook should be prosecuted. The cook made sure he came out and gave me the middle finger when I confronted them about the bacon while removing it by hand. I'm sure there are OSHA violations just from this one instance. Shut this place down!
