What User doesn't like about Gong Cha:
they ran out of ice and boba. the hired were very non-chalant and despite for good costumer service. I give them only two stars because their tee is good, but there is no reason why a Boba place should run out of it, the most important things?. View all feedback.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. STAY AWAY.First off, the hours on Google are wrong. My wife loves this place but it's 30 minutes from our house. We will make special trips out here whenever the work schedule allows. This is our 4th time here in 3 weeks. The first time, everything went smoothly. The second time, dude messed up the order badly. We had a bit of a special order with ice and sugar levels. After verifying those were correct we waited for the drinks, 3 of them since she likes to stock up and drink them later. All 3 were wrong, drink choice, size of drink and toppings. Essentially every single thing the dude entered was wrong but it was our fault since they lay the responsibility on you to check the order. The third time we came, it was a little after 7pm and despite Google saying they are open until 10, they were closed. For our 4th time, we're here at 5:30 and there is a note in the window saying out to lunch be back soon. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. STAY AWAY.
Wow .. what a waste of time and money .. Saturday evening and store is run by couple if lazy bums .. out of stock with most of the stuff but still selling at sub par standards ... cheap copy of Boba Tea.. but failed by a mile ..
