Atlanta has few options for sushi on Sundays, and this spot is great for gathering with friends, enjoying some beers, and having a relatively affordable meal. However, the menu feels overwhelming and a bit complicated. It would be better if they streamlined it to focus on fewer options featuring their best dishes and rolls. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Genki Noodles And Sushi Highlands:
The food was excellent with a great variety of options. However, the prices are on the higher side, especially for the sushi. We ended up spending nearly $100 for four people, even though we shared several dishes. View all feedback.
I was very pleased with our meal and service. The Super Crunch roll is the best!
The food was great at Genki! All of the sushi we tried was delicious! We couldn't get enough of the noodles and seaweed salad either. We sat on the outside back balcony which was a great location for a special birthday dinner! We'll be back for sure!
Chicken egg rolls are delicious. The back patio is very spacious! Valet parking is complimentary for the block.
Most memorable is the Tiger Shrimp appetizer. It is our favorite dish. Perfect blend of spice to give it a kick! It was also fun playing trivia.
Chelsea greeted us after a long day/night flight in from Chicago and with open arms! They were closing and still honored out 11p reservation/arrival... she suggested this awesome sake (Goldcan and gave us great food options. She was just a little Georgia peach! : So sweet and helpful! It wa like having a friend of ours sit with us and make sure we were fed, which is exactly what she said her purpose was. What a SWEETHEART! We will be back because of her and her welcoming spirit upon our arrival into Georgia.
