This location is always quick and efficient when it comes to to-go orders, even when they?re short staffed. The meatball sub is very well-made and a good size for the price.

I like firehouse subs but I had one of the employee get mad at me for no reason. she rolled her eyes at me, put my sub on the counter, and walked off. this happened at the one on Cobb Parkway in Atlanta Georgia. I just thought that was very rude.

Outstanding customer service This location offers top-notch customer service for making custom sandwiches as needed. I went in late on a Monday night just before closing and they were happy to accommodate my order. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. The hook and ladder was very tasty.

Poor service. Messed up order, took it back, and never remade it. When I asked for it after 10 mins, they remade it while complaining (meat and cheese only on white bread). It was still wrong after the remake and they didn?t care. Horrible customer service. Dirty and bad food. Go somewhere else.

Very very slow service. Sandwich took twenty minutes to come out, and I only ordered the small. By the time my sandwich was ready I was standing in line ready to get my money back. The sandwich was good. I did notice none of the sandwich prepares had a hair net on. The food score is currently 88.
