Chick-fil-a - Atlanta

We all know that Chick-fil-a is known for their fresh foods, their service with a smile, that my joy, after they are so grateful to their order fast and correct 99% of the time. Now, these Chick-fil-a dares to be different, the 3 times I have gone, were all an unusual experience for these normally great franchise. the first time that they forget the dressing for my salad (okay dinge pass) the 2nd time that I was in line for over 30 minutes (okay unusual busy day,) but my third experience was so unchick-fil-A-like I must tell them about it. today I ordered my ordinary southwest chicken salad, I especially ask for a large dietary limmonade and the dried red paprika, which I always request with my salad. When I arrived at the window, a dame that I assumed was a manager (she was in a blue hemd instead of red) was on the drive thru window, she greeted me without worte only one frit and gave me a medium drink and my salat was missing the dried red paprika. I told her I ordered a large drink and asked for the red paprika, still with the frit she said I was only charged for a medium drink and the dried red paprika that I got with this salat for probably 3 years comes only with the Cobb salad. After she looked at her in unbelievable, she arranged the difference of $0.41 in the drink and asked her personal to get her a package of dried red paprika. I grew up on Chick-fil-A and love how the shops were after decades as consistent with excellent customer service, regardless of how large the franchise has grown. I hope this is not a sign of what we should expect in future from Chick-fil-A. o Pray that this load gets its act together and begins to represent the mark accordingly.

I prefer to walk into this location and order my food because I find the process much quicker and more pleasant than going through the drive-thru.The employees at this location are always helpful, friendly and make sure that your order is done right. I have never had a problem with any of their food and it is always hot and fresh.

Sat in line for over 30 minutes to order lunch. Mac n. Cheese but received no spoon or fork to eat it with. It doesn't help that I was hungry before I got here and hangry now. Do better Chick-fil-A. Oh! And now I realize I got no dressing for my cool wrap!!

Customer service was great but the food was way off. The biscuits were not done. I ordered a sausage-egg&cheese biscuit…..they left off the egg and cheese and the biscuit was not done. Chicken biscuit was okay…..biscuit still very doughy

This is the worst Chik- Fil-a location! They always get my order wrong and it's the ONLY location that won't let me have lettuce around my sandwich instead of bread!!
