Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant offers a variety of experiences ranging from disappointing to delightful. Some customers were displeased with the lackluster service and outdated atmosphere of the place. Others, however, enjoyed a fantastic Mother's Day brunch with a wide selection of dishes and attentive staff. Despite some complaints about service during busy times, many patrons found the food quality to be satisfactory. With such a mix of experiences, it seems that the restaurant may be hit or miss depending on the occasion. It might be worth giving another chance for a special event or family outing.
We had a few minutes to grab a quick lunch between meetings and Cassis was a great choice. The server was very professional and very quick. We told him we needed to be out in a half hour, and he made that happen. I had the Tuna salad, and it exceeded my expectation. The bottom line for me is that this hotel restaurant was better than I thought it would be.
The Cassis experience was wonderful. All the staff, especially the server, Larry, was attentive and personable to our group.
The food was good. Juice was pricey, but I guess this is normal when eating out. Cassis has a view of the Hyatt's waterfall and garden, which is nice.
I find it absurd that I was charged for parking at the hotel valet rate when I was simply attending a business lunch meeting at their restaurant. There are much better dining options in the area that offer superior lunches without the added expense of parking on top of high Buckhead restaurant prices.
Pretty generic and unhappy servers. Generally poor service.
