I went to this restaurant for a date night last Friday. The food was delicious, especially the well-seasoned mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked steak. My husband ordered the salmon with asparagus and rice. He was a bit disappointed that they had run out of salmon burgers. The drinks were strong and tasty. The overall ambiance of the main dining area was pleasant, but we were seated near the outside patio which wasn't as nice as the interior decor and ambiance. Next time, I will request to be seated inside near the bar.

I visited Blaze for the first time on my 21st birthday in August 21, 2021, and had an excellent experience! I ordered the fried brussel sprouts, Mac n cheese, and corn in a bowl, all of which were delicious and perfectly cooked. The tables were clean, and the floors were polished. Reservations are required at this restaurant, and there is a specific dress code to follow - dress classy and cleanly. I loved the black interior theme of Blaze, with black napkins, walls, tables, and seats - a cool touch. The staff were friendly and the cooks did a great job preparing the food. I would definitely return to Blaze in the future. Five stars for great business, workers, and restaurant.

The burger was excellent. The calamari mussel dish was good as well. I enjoyed the unique twist of twirling and paprika in the broth. My favorite part was the cocktail with the regular Four Roses bourbon. I think they should offer more top Bourbon choices. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to fully enjoy my meal due to an event, but I plan to return for a proper dining experience. Looking forward to next time!

Oh my goodness!!! This was an amazing experience. Kay, our host, was fantastic. However, the food was a bit mixed. The seafood fritters were a bit lacking in seafood, but the sauce was phenomenal. There was only one steak available for the day when I had originally wanted the 22 oz, so I couldn't get my desired order. Hopefully next time they will have more than one available. The Southern Mac n Cheese seemed a bit overpriced for being plain and lacking in southern flavor. However, the seafood fried rice made up for this with its delicious flavors. The rolls were undercooked, but they were better with butter and the cinnamon sauce they were served with. The menu does not mention an automatic gratuity, but the service was well-deserved. Be sure to bring your own olive if you order a martini. Overall, it is definitely worth giving another try. Happy hour is only available at the bar top from 4 to 6.
