This lack of communication was particularly distressing, as guests did not receive notifications about their canceled reservations. Additionally, when the atmosphere was meant to be festive, diners faced noise levels that hindered conversation. The cleanliness of the facilities fell short, with unkept restrooms and trash present throughout the establishment. While the food and service received some praise, the overall experience was marred by preventable issues, leaving guests feeling disappointed and frustrated.
I had made a reservation for my daughter's birthday, but when we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. We never received any notification, even after confirming the reservation. I was extremely disappointed!
The flexibility here is fantastic for big groups. Everyone is their own chef and can make whatever they want.
